小儿惊厥的护理措施

摘　　要：目的：探讨小儿惊厥的治疗与护理措施。方法：对50例惊厥患儿给予畅通呼吸道、氧气吸入、退热止惊、病因治疗等急救和护理措施。结果：50例患儿中1例好转出院，1例要求转上级医院继续治疗，其余48例均治愈出院。结论：针对不同原因引起的惊厥患儿，积极采取有效的抢救和护理措施，是避免脑水肿、脑损伤及神经系统后遗症发生的关键。Objective：To investigate the measures of treatment and nursing of children convulsion.Methods：in 50 cases of respiratory flow,convulsion of oxygen inhalation,cooling only surprise,etiological treatment,first aid and nursing measures.Results：in 50 cases 1 cases cured,1 cases of requirements to the hospital to continue treatment,the remaining 48 cases were cured and discharged.Conclusion：according to the dif erent causes of convulsion,to rescue and ef ective nursing measures actively,is the key to avoid the occurrence of cerebral edema,brain injury and neurological sequelae.
