摘　　要：通过对车辆器材保障系统界定和分析 ,找出了其主要影响因素 ,建立了车辆器材保障能力综合评价指标体系 ;并利用 AHP评价方法确定各因素权重 。The main factors effecting the guarantee system of vehicle materials are discovered,and an index system of estimation about vehicle materials guraantee competence is established.In addition,by using the AHP method,the proportion of every factor is defined to reach the goal of quantitative analysis.
