摘　　要：医学论文是记录医学科研成果的主要载体，医学论文的产出能力是评价一个单位国内外学术地位和科技水平的重要依据。对论文发表的数量、质量进行分析，有利医院管理者了解本单位在区域的地位和水平，为决策者制定政策提供参考依据。Medical thesis is the major supportor for recording medical scientific achievements, and its productive competence is one of the most important index to evaluate the academic status and scientific - technological level of one medical institute. It＇ s important to analysize the quantity and quality of the thesis for managers gasping own institute＇ s status and levels in region and making according decision.
