摘 要:为明确盐胁迫下外源脯氨酸对甜瓜幼苗体内K+、Na+、Ca2+、Mg2+和Cl-含量及分布的影响,以玉皇和雪美两个甜瓜品种的幼苗为材料,采用营养液栽培进行试验。结果表明:盐胁迫降低了植株体内Ca2+、K+、Mg2+等离子的含量,增加了Na+和Cl-含量;盐胁迫下,根向茎选择性运输K+、Ca2+、Mg2+能力降低,而茎向叶选择性运输Ca2+、K+、Mg2+能力却显著增加;外源脯氨酸处理提高了盐胁迫下甜瓜幼苗植株各器官中Ca2+、K+、Mg2+等离子含量,降低了Na+和Cl-含量,增加了组织中的K+/Na+、Mg2+/Na+和Ca2+/Na+,提高了根向茎和茎向叶选择性运输K+、Ca2+、Mg2+的能力。说明在盐胁迫条件下,施用外源脯氨酸能促进甜瓜幼苗对K+、Ca2+、Mg2+的吸收,调节植株体内的离子区域化分布,缓解盐胁迫对甜瓜幼苗的伤害。The changes of K+, Na+, Ca2+, Mg2+and Cl-contents and their distribution were studied in musk melon seed-ling exposed to proline under salt stress. Salt stress decreased the contents of Ca2+, K+, Mg2+, and increased the contents of Na+and Cl-in melon seedling. Salt stress reduced the transfer of Ca2+, K+, Mg2+from roots to stems, and improved the transfer of Ca2+, K+, Mg2+from stems to leaves. Exogenous proline raised the contents of Ca2+, K+, Mg2+in melon, the ratio of K+/Na+, Mg2+/Na+and Ca2+/Na+, and the transfer of K+, Ca2+and Mg2+from root to stem and from stem to leaves, but lower the contents of Na+and Cl-. It is concluded that exogenous proline can promote the uptake for K+, Ca2+, Mg2+in melon seedling, and allevi-ate the salt damage by regulating regionalized ion distribution in plants.
