术益纱在肝部分切除术中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨术益纱在肝部分切除术中的止血作用。方法将2012年2月至2013年5月在解放军第一一三医院普通外科接受肝部分切除的40例患者随机分成治疗组（术益纱组）和对照组，治疗组21例肝部分切除后肝创面均以术益纱敷贴，对照组19例不放任何止血材料。比较两组术后腹腔引流液量及腹腔引流拔管时间。结果治疗组腹腔引流量显著低于对照组（P 〈0.05），腹腔引流管拔管时间显著早于对照组（P 〈0.05）。结论术益纱在肝部分切除术中具有安全、有效的止血作用。Objective To investigate the hemostasis effect of Shuyisha on partial hepatectomy. Methods Forty patients with partial hepatectomy were randomly divided into hemostasis material group （21 cases）and control group（19 cases）. Patients in hemostasis material group were given hemostasis material,while patients in control group were not given hemostasis material. The volume of drainage fluid and time of removing abdominal drainage were compared after operation. Results The volume of drainage fluid in the hemostasis material group was less than that in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. There were significant differences in the total drainage volume and time of removing abdominal drain-age between the two groups（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Shuyisha has good and safe hemostasis effect on partial hepatectomy.
