摘 要:采用高效液相色谱一荧光检测器(HPLC—FLD)建立了阿维菌素在水稻植株、谷壳、糙米、土壤及田水中的残留检测方法。样品用乙腈提取,经液液萃取净化,浓缩定容后衍生化,HPLC—FLD检测,外标法定量。结果表明,在添加水平为0.01~0.50mg/kg时,阿维菌素在水稻植株、谷壳、糙米、土壤和田水中的平均添加回收率为79.13%~102.98%,相对标准偏差为3.10%~6.71%。该方法的最小检出量为0.2ng,在水稻植株、土壤、谷壳、糙米和田水中的最低检测浓度均为0.01mg/kg。A method for the determination of abamectin residue in paddy plants, husk, coarse rice, soil and water was established using high performance liquid chromatography with fluorescence detector (HPLC-FLD). The samples were extracted with acetonitrile, cleaned derivatized after concentration and constant volume. up by liquid-liquid separation, and directly pre-column The analysis was performed by HPLC-FLD with an external standard. The results showed that the average recoveries of abamectin in rice plants, husk, coarse rice, soil and water were from 79.10% to 102.98%, and the relative standard deviations were from 3.10% to 6.71% when the spiked levels ranged from 0.01 mg/kg to 0.50 mg/kg. The LOD was 0.2 ng, and the LOQ was 0.01 mg/kg in paddy plants, husk, rice, soil and water.
