摘　　要：目的建立和血明目片中黄芩苷的HPLC含量测定方法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法。C18色谱柱;流动相为甲醇-磷酸-水溶液（47∶0.2∶53）;检测波长为280nm;流速为1.0mL·min^-1;柱温30℃;峰面积外标法定量。结果黄芩苷在0.026 2-0.393 6mg·mL^-1范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率96.3%,RSD为1.6%（n=6）。结论该方法简便,结果准确可靠,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of baicalin in Hexuemingmu Tablets.Methods The HPLC method was carried out on a C18column using methanol-phosphoric acid-water（47∶0.2∶53）as mobile phase.The detection wavelength was 280nm,the flow rate was 1.0mL·min^-1,and the temperature of column was 30℃.The baicalin in Hexuemingmu Tablets was determined by HPLC-peak area external standard method.Results The calibration curve for baicalin was linear in the range of 0.026 2-0.393 6mg·mL^-1.The average recovery was 96.3% with RSD of 1.6%（n=6）.Conclusion The method is simple,precise and reliable for determining the content of baicalin in Hexuemingmu Tablets.
