中药外治预防尖锐湿疣复发的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察使用中药外治对减少尖锐湿疣患者复发的临床疗效。方法选取112例尖锐湿疣患者,分为观察组58例与对照组54例。观察组及对照组均为首次行二氧化碳激光术后患者,术后口服胸腺肽15mg,1日2次。观察组术后同时外用中药煎液,先熏蒸,再40-45℃坐浴30min后吹干,1日2次。对照组采用外涂干扰素α-2b凝胶,1日2次。2组均1个月为1疗程,随访3月。结果观察组治愈52例,复发6例,对照组治愈37例,复发17例。观察组疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论对尖锐湿疣治疗后复发情况的预防,采用中药外治,能显著降低尖锐湿疣的复发率,且安全可靠。Objective To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine external treatment to reduce the recurrence of condyloma acuminatum patients.Methods 112cases of patients of our hospital with condyloma acuminatum were divided into observation group（58cases）and control group（54cases）.Observation group and control group were the first diagnosed as condyloma acuminatum.After carbon dioxide laser treatment,all the patients orally took Thymopeptides Enteric-coated Tablets,15mg,twice a day.Meanwhile,observation group with traditional Chinese medicine for external use fumigated first,then in the 40-45℃sit bath for half an hour,twice a day.Control group used topical interferon alpha 2bgel,twice a day.One course of treatment was 1month,then following up for 3months.Results The observation group cured 52cases,6cases recurred,while in control group,37cases cured and 17cases recurred.Conclusion The observation group had better effect than control group,and the difference was statistically significant.For prevention of the relapse after laser treatment,using traditional Chinese medicine external treatment,not only can effectively control the recurrence of condyloma acuminatum,but also be safe and reliable.Therefore,it can be widely applied in clinic.
