摘　　要：目的了解我院保肝药的应用现状和变化趋势,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法对我院2010-2012年保肝药的销售金额、用药频度（DDDs）、限定日费用（DDC）等数据进行统计和分析。结果 2010-2011年保肝药销售总金额波动不大,2012年的销售总金额较上2个年度有大幅的下降,解毒类保肝药物,其销售金额以及DDDs均位列第1位。结论我院保肝药的应用结构基本合理,但仍需进一步规范临床应用,促进用药更加安全、有效、经济。Objective To investigate the status and tendency of utilization of hepatoprotective drugs in our hospital so as to provide a reference for rational clinical use of these drugs.Methods The hepatoprotective drugs used in our hospital during 2010-2012were analyzed statistically in respect of their consumption sum,DDDs and DDC etc.Results 2010-2011,hepatoprotectants in the total amount of sales was with little fluctuation,but a sharp decline in 2012.Detoxification of liver protecting drugs,in respect of the sales amount and DDDs,were ranked in the first place.Conclusion Application structure of our hospital of liver protection drugs is basically reasonable,but still needs to be further standardized to make the application be more safe,effective,and economic.
