摘　　要：在动物生长过程中,应激是一种严重制约动物生长和健康的因素,常导致巨大的经济损失。及时准确地评价动物应激状态,采取有效的防控措施是十分必要的。本文从应激过程出发,总结了应激的特征评价指标,包括常规的生理生化指标、急性期蛋白(APPs)、热应激蛋白(HSP),并以抗氧化剂为例,简要介绍了抗应激添加剂的研究进展。Stress is a serious constraint in the growth and health of animals, resuhing in huge economic losses. It is necessary to evaluate stress timely and accurately to carry out a nutritional manipulation of it. Common measures of stress evaluation include the normal physiological and biochemical indicators, acute phase proteins （APPs） and heat shock proteins （HSPs）. We reviewed the animal characteristic physiological responses and indicators in the process of stress, and introduce the research progress of anti-stress additive in briefly.
