摘 要:煤基50万t/a MTP装置更换催化剂导致丙烯收率下降。通过XRD,XRF,NH3-TPD,BET表征对不同批次MTP催化剂进行了物化性质表征,结果表明,反应器A和C催化剂元素组成,酸性分布及孔道机构差别较大。以催化剂物化性质为依据,通过增大进入反应器工艺蒸汽量、提高副产烃类循环量、提升催化剂床层温度等手段,有效降低了MTP出口产物中的二甲醚含量,延长了再生周期,显著提高了丙烯收率。Catalyst replacement resulted in propylene yield decreasing of coal-based 500 kt/a MTP plant. Different batches of MTP catalysts were characterized by XRD, XRF, NH3-TPD, BET. The results show that elemental composition ,acid distribution and pore size distribution of MTP catalysts are different between reactor A and C. Based on catalyst properties, by means of increasing the quantity of process steam and cyclic hydrocarbons, increasing temperature of catalyst bed, and so forth, the DME content of export products can be reduced effectively, the regeneration period can be prolonged ,and yield of propylene can be increased evidently.
