摘　　要：为提高资源利用率和产品附加值,满足市场对液体石蜡和低凝点油品的需求,某石化公司拟利用现有常压馏分油,新建10万t/a尿素脱蜡装置。技术经济评价结果表明,该项目选择异丙醇尿素脱蜡技术路线,具有原料适应性强、产品质量好、产品收率高等特点;内部收益率和投资回收期等各项经济指标均好于行业基准值,表明项目具有较好经济效益。In order to take full advantage of feedstock and increase product added value, a new 100 kt/a urea dewaxing unit for processing atmospheric distillates will be built in a state-owned petrochemical company to meet the demand for liquid wax and diesel with low solidification point. In this paper, technical and economic evaluation on the project was carried out. Isopropanol urea dewaxing technology applied in the project was characterized by feedstock adaptability, product quality and product yield. Higher internal rate of return and shorter payback period showed good economical feasibility of the project.
