摘 要:采用自由基溶液聚合法制备了α-甲基丙烯酸十四酯-丙烯酰胺二元共聚物润滑油降凝剂(AA)。考察了AA的最佳反应条件及其对燕山350SN、150SN,大庆150SN等润滑油基础油的降凝效果,以及对基础油其他油品性质的影响,采用红外光谱(IR)对单体甲基丙烯酸十四酯(A14)和AA进行了表征。结果表明,当A14和丙烯酰胺(AM)摩尔比为3、引发剂BPO质量分数0.8%、溶剂甲苯质量分数70%、溶剂N,N-二甲基甲酰胺质量分数10%、反应温度80℃、反应时间4h,聚合所得降凝剂AA对润滑油基础油具有最佳降凝效果;加入AA质量分数为0.75%时,可使燕山350SN基础油凝点降低28℃。所制降凝剂不仅对燕山350SN有良好的降凝效果,而且对燕山150SN、燕山500SN、大庆150SN和河南500SN也有很好的降凝效果,并且表现出良好的降黏作用。对基础油其他性质几乎没有影响。A bipolymer ester (AA) was synthesized by free radical polymerization method with tetradecyl methyl acrylate(A14) and acrylamide(AM) as monomers, which was used as pour point depressant of lubricating oil. The polymerization conditions of AA were optimized by single factor experiments. The depression effects of AA for Yanshan 150 SN, Yanshan 500 SN, Daqing 150 SN were evaluated. A14 and AA were characterized by FT-IR. And other physicochemical characteristics of these base oil samples before and after addition of AA were investigated. The results showed that the optimal conditions of AA synthesis were n(A14)/n(AM)=3, w(BPO)= 0.8%, w(BPO)=0.8%, w(Toluene)=70%, w(DMF)=10%, T=80℃, and t=4 h, under which the synthesized AA possessed optimal depression effects for lubricating base oil. The solidifying point dropping of Yanshan 350 SN could be 28℃ with addition of 0.75% AA mass fraction. AA not only had a good depression effect for Yanshan 350 SN, but also for Yanshan 150 SN, Yanshan 500 SN, Daqing 150 SN and Henan 500 SN, and had a good effect on droppingviscosity too. Moreover, the other physicochemical characteristics of the test samples had little changes with AA added.
