摘 要:以聚丙烯接枝马来酸酐(PP-g-MAH)为相容剂,采用熔融共混法制备了聚丙烯(PP)/云母填充复合材料,通过力学性能测试以及SEM、DSC等分析手段,对PP/云母高填充复合材料的性能进行了研究。结果表明:适量PP-g-MAH以及云母的添加可有效提高PP的拉伸强度、弯曲强度和弯曲模量,其中,当PP-g-MAH和云母的添加量分别为20%和40%时,PP/云母复合材料具有最佳综合力学性能。另外,随着云母粒径的减小,PP/云母复合材料的拉伸强度提高,冲击强度降低;云母在PP基体中起到了异相成核作用,云母粒径越小,其异相成核作用越强,复合材料的结晶度则越大。Highly filled polypropylene(PP)/mica composites were prepared by melting blend method with PP grafted maleic anhydride(PP-g-MAH) as a compatibilizer. The properties of the highly filled PP/mica composites were studied by mechanical testing, SEM and DSC. The results show that the tensile strength, flexural strength and flexural modulus of PP can be improved effectively by adding a moderate amount of PP-g-MAH and mica, and when the contents of PP-g-MAH and mica are 20% and 40% respectively, the PP/mica composite has the best comprehensive mechanical properties. Additionally, the tensile strength of the PP/mica composites increases with the decrease of mica particle size, but the impact strength decreases. Mica plays a role of heterogeneous nucleation in the PP matrix, the PP/mica composites have the stronger heterogeneous nucleation effect and the higher crystallinity when the particle size of mica decreases.
