摘　　要：初创于1924年,并于1928年正式建立的和顺图书馆在民国年间就有"在中国乡村文化界堪称第一"的美誉,至今仍被认为是我国农村图书馆建设与发展的楷模。她由和顺乡民和华侨自建自管,在经费筹措、馆藏建设及管理与服务等方面都进行了开创性尝试,取得了骄人的成就。时至今日,它的内源发展、需求导向、"有为"服务等经验仍对我国农村图书馆建设具有较强的参考和借鉴价值。Heshun Library was the most famous rural library in China which was newly established in 1924 and established formally in 1928.Up to now,it is still a classics of rural library in China.It was established and managed by the townspeople and the overseas Chinese of Heshun;they had attempted on raising funds,developing collections,managing and servicing,and gained great success in the Republic of China.It has important applicable value for current rural library development in China.
