印刷法生产育果袋纸中油墨的绿色环保安全性

摘　　要：目前国内育果袋外袋纸最主要的生产加工方法还是层合法,其他技术有涂布法、印刷法。而印刷法是最新提出的一种生产育果袋纸的方法,其致力于解决层合法生产存在的效率低和环境污染大的问题,现处于试验阶段。本研究对使用市场上常规的水溶性油墨制备的育果袋外袋纸的重金属含量进行检测,分析其绿色环保安全性。结论表明,印刷法育果套袋纸的安全指标符合欧共体标准,属于绿色安全包装产品。At present, the main production methods of fruit nursery outside paper is layers legitimate, there are other techniques coating method and printing method. The printing method was proposed re- cently, which is committed to solving inefficiencies and environmental pollution problems of layers legit- imate, which is now in the testing stage. In this study, the heavy metal content of water--based inks on the market using in fruit nursery outside paper was tested, and the safety was analyzed. The results show that safety indicators of printing method in producing fruit nursery outside paper were meet with EU standards, and the packaging products are green and safe.
