摘 要:以桑树坪煤矿为例,研究了细骨料在矿井大流量动水注浆中的应用,总结了以往矿井动水注浆中使用的截流材料,阐述了桑树坪煤矿突水和堵水工程的过程,分析了骨料截流的机理和细骨料在动水截流中的可能性,论述了采用细骨料砂子进行截流的工艺和方法,研究了桑树坪矿动水截流的条件。实践表明,在突水量达8000m3/h的矿井大流量动水截流中,只使用细骨料而不使用粗骨料也能完成截流任务;桑树坪煤矿堵水中砂子能成功截流与动水压力小及过水面积大有关。Based on Sangshuping Mine as a case, the paper studied the application of the fine aggregates to the high flowrunning water grouting in the mine. The paper summarized the closure material applied in the previous mine running watergrouting, stated the process of the mine water inrush and mine water sealing project in Sangshuping Mine, analyzed theaggregate closure mechanism and possibility of the fine aggregate applied to the running water closure, stated the closuretechnology and method with the fine aggregate and sand and studied the running water closure conditions in SangshupingMine. The practices showed that in a mine high flow running water closure with a water inrush quantity of 8000m3/h, aclosure mission could be completed only with fine aggregates, but no coarse aggregates applied. In the water sealingprocess of Sangshuping Mine, sand was sucessfully applied to the closure and would be related to the low pressure of therunning water and a large water flow area.
