急倾斜俯伪斜长壁综采机械化研究

摘　　要：急倾斜煤层开采条件恶劣,国内外没有长壁综采成功的先例,通过采用俯伪斜综合机械化开采工艺,减小了工作面实际倾角,克服了传统采煤方式落煤飞矸窜入液压支架伤人的现象,采煤机、刮板输送机、液压支架配套中,建立稳定一致的梁端距以及通畅的行人通道是基本的要求,为此创新研发了菱形液压支架,导向输送机为采煤机提供割煤过程依托,论述了菱形液压支架及其与特型采煤机、输送机的配套关键问题,液压支架的调整能力是保证采煤推进过程中设备不下滑的基础。通过工程实际应用,急倾斜俯伪斜长壁综合机械化开采效果显著,是急倾斜煤层开采方式的重大突破,设备之间协调运转,顶底板维护良好,对复杂难采煤层综采技术具有重大的推动意义。A mining condition of a steep inclined seam would be harsh and there was no successful precedent of a fullymechanized longwall mining at home and abroad. With an application of a downward diagonal fully mechanized miningtechnology, an actual inclination of the coal mining face could be reduced and the cutting coal and spalling coal from theconventional coal mining method flying into the hydraulic powered support to hurt the miners could be overcame. In thematched equipment of the coal shearer, scraper conveyor and hydraulic powered support, to set up a stable and consistentcanopy end distance and a clean walking pass would be the basic requirement. Thus a rhombus hydraulic powered supportwas innovated and developed and the guiding scraper conveyor could provide a backing of the coal shearer during the coalcutting process. The paper stated the rhombus hydraulic powered support and the key issues of the matching between thepowered support, the special coal shearer and the conveyor. The adjustment capacity of the powered support would be thebase to ensure the equipment no downward sliding occurred during the coal mining face pushing forward process. With theactual engineering application, the effect of the downward diagonal fully mechanized longwall mining in the steep inclinedseam was remarkable and the downward diagonal fully mechanized longwall mining was an important breakthrough in thesteep inclined seam mining method. A coordinative running between the equipments and a well maintenance of the roof andfloor would have importance promotion significances to the fully mechanized coal mining technology of the complicated anddifficult seam.
