摘 要:针对盛鑫煤矿浅埋坚硬煤层51101综采面超前支护区域巷道的支护技术难题,通过现场调研及工程类比等方法,对其围岩变形的影响因素及破坏特征进行了分析,并确定出工作面超前支护区域巷道支护参数。运用FLAC3D数值模拟软件,对支护前后巷道围岩位移场变化进行对比分析,分析得出顶板最大下沉量及底板变形量收敛值明显降低,支护参数合理可行。现场实践表明:51101工作面超前支护区域围岩变形速度及围岩变形量都在安全合理范围之内,实现了矿井的安全高效开采,同时为相似工程地质条件下的超前支护技术提供一定借鉴。Aiming at the roadway support problems in advance support area of 51101 fully mechanized working face inShengxin coal mine, the characteristics and influence factors of surrounding rock failure were analyzed through fieldsinvestigation and engineering analogy, the support parameters in advance support area were determined. FLAC30 was appliedto analyze the change of displacement field with or without support. The analysis shows that the convergence value ofmaximum roof subsidence, floor deformation and coal sides convergence decrease obviously and the support parameters arerational and feasible. Field practice showed that, the surrounding rock deformation rate and amount in advance support areaof 51101 working face were both in reasonable range, realizing safe and efficiency mining, providing reference for advancesupport technology with similar engineering geological conditions.
