摘 要:利用工业运行的Φ250mm旋流器,研究了分级效率、浓缩效果与入料压力之间的关系,探讨了干扰沉降效应对分级浓缩效果的影响。结果表明,旋流器的最佳分级效率与最佳浓缩效果位于不同的入料压力区间。在低压区,随入料压力的提高,旋流器分级效率与底流浓度随之增大,超过一定压力值后,分级效率却随之降低,原因是旋流器锥段存在干扰沉降效应。因此,操作分级旋流器时,必须同时考虑浓缩作用及干扰沉降效应,避免压力设定不当导致分级效果恶化。The relationship between feed pressure and classifying/thickening performance was studied on industrialoperating 250mm hydro - cyclones. The influence of hindered settling on classification and thickening performance wasdiscussed. The results show that the optimal classification and enrichment performance are achieved in different feedingpressure range, in low pressure range, the underflow concentration increases with the pressure, while the classificationefficiency declines rapidly after the pressure have exceeded a certain value, which is caused by the hindered settlingphenomenon in the cone section of the cyclone. In the operation of hydro - cyclones, both the enrichment performance andhindered settling should be taken into account, to avoid the deterioration of classification efficiency.
