摘  要:目前国内正压浓相气力输送系统多采用单泵制输送运行,针对于单泵制存在的缺点,研究设计了双泵式粉煤灰恒压输送系统并进行了试验研究。文章介绍了粉煤灰恒压输送的原理以及双泵式独有的特点,经过现场调试证实了该系统可大大提高输送效率,具有可靠性强、有效减少管道磨损、降低能耗等优点。At present, most domestic positive pressure dense -phase pneumatic pumping systems are operated with asingle pump system. According to the disadvantage existed in the single pump system, the double pump fly ash constantpressure pumping system was studied and designed and an experiment study was conducted. The paper introduced theprinciple of the fly ash constant pressure pumping and the double pump unique features. The site adjustment showed thatthe system could be highly improve the pumping efficiency and could have a high reliability, pipeline abrasion effectivelyreduced, energy consumption reduced and other advantages.
