摘　　要：随着国际市场的变化,国家能源供给总量的控制,我国煤炭企业面临的形势非常严峻,技术创新和产业化己成为决定企业生死存亡的关键。基于此,文章提出了技术创新与产业化评价指标体系,运用数据包络分析(DEA)评价法分析了技术创新与产业化效率。从而有利于加快高效矿井建设,做强做大煤炭产业,建设亿吨级煤炭大企业。With the change of the international market and the total quantity control of the country＇s energy supply, coalenterprises in our country are faced with a very serious situation. Technology innovation and industrialization play a greatrole in the development of coal enterprises. Based on this condition, the evaluation index system of technology innovationand industrialization was proposed, the efficiency of technology innovation and industrialization was analyzed applying DEAmethod, so as to make contributions to accelerating the construction of efficient production mine, expanding coal industry,and to the construction of coal companies of hundred million tons.
