城市体育节庆可持续发展研究——以广西柳州水上狂欢节为例

摘　　要：体育节庆的蓬勃兴起是当前我国城市发展中的重要社会文化现象。运用文献资料法、访谈法等研究方法,以广西柳州水上狂欢节为个案,对体育节庆在城市发展中的积极作用、存在的问题以及发展路径进行了探讨。研究表明,体育节庆对于城市发展的促进作用表现在:拉动城市经济发展;促进城市文化繁荣发展;推动城市社会建设;提升城市形象等几个方面。目前城市体育节庆发展中存在的主要问题在于:规模庞大、耗资多;注重节庆的工具效益,忽视体育节庆的主题特色;过于依赖政府,市场化运作不足。城市体育节庆的发展路径为:缩小规模、节俭办节庆;注重特色、塑造品牌;培养多元主体,采取政府与社会合作办节的运作模式。The booming Sports Festival is an important social cultural phenomenon in the current city development. By Using the methods of literature,interviews and other research methods,this paper take the Liuzhou water Carnival as a case,aiming at explore the role,problem and route of Sports Festival in city development. The study revealed that Sports Festival has promoted city economic development,city cultural prosperity and development,city society construction,and city image. The problem of city sports festival are as follows： too expensive and so large in scale; focusing on the festival tools benefit instead of Sports Festival theme; depending on government investment instead of raising money from government. The development path of City Sports Festival are as follows ： downsizing and thrifty festival; paying attention to characteristics and brand; cultivating multi- subject of festival and taking government and social cooperation model.
