摘　　要：采用文献资料法、数理统计法对近10年我国体育法学研究进行分析。在对体育法学研究内容进行归纳总结的基础上认为:体育法学研究成果数量持续较快增长、研究内容不断扩展深化、参与力量逐步扩大。同时也存在以下几个方面的问题:重法的本体研究,轻法的运行研究;重中央立法研究,轻地方立法研究;重体育发展实践研究,轻法学发展态势研究;纯粹思辨研究较多,实践调查研究偏少。This paper analyses the studies of Chinese sports law in the recent ten years by methods of literature and mathematical statistics. Based on the studies of sport law,this paper summarizes that the number of research results grows sustainedly and quickly,research contents are developing continuously,and research power becomes more and more stronger. Moreover,it finds some problems as below： the focus of research tend to ontology rather than operation,tend to central legislation rather than local legislation,tend to sports developing practice rather than law developing situation,tend to pure theory rather than practice.
