摘　　要：运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法对新疆冰上运动项目教练员队伍现状进行调查和分析研究,找出差距和问题所在,提出发展对策和建议,从而为提高新疆冰上运动项目教练员队伍水平提供科学详实依据,为新疆冰上运动项目健康持续发展提供客观参考。This paper investigates and analyzes the coachers＇ status of ice sports in Xinjiang by means of literature review,questionnaire survey and expert interviews. With the differences and problems found,it also offers some constructive strategies and suggestions for promoting the coachers＇ competence,hoping to throw some light on the healthy and sustainable development of ice sports in Xinjiang.
