摘  要:电泳流痕是白车身电泳后常见的质量问题,部位多发生在五门一盖包边、四门铰链、轮罩内外板搭接缝等处。电泳流痕不仅是质量问题,而且打磨流痕将造成生产节拍浪费,解决电泳流痕是大批量车身生产急需面对和解决的问题。文章通过研究产生电泳流痕的原因,从SE分析、冲压、车身及涂装等各个工艺前期策划系统地预防电泳流痕。Electrophoretic flow-mark is common quality problem in body-in-white cataphoretic treatment, often emerges on car doors, engine hood, hinge and connection between the inner wheel housing panel and outer wheel housing panel. Electrophoretic flow-mark not only belongs to the quality problem, but also grinding flow-mark influences the operation steps. Removing electrophoretic flow-mark is an urgent issue in body mass production. How to create electrophoretic flow-mark is studied in the paper, and from the preliminary process planning of SE, stamping, body and coating to illustrate the prevention measures is also described.
