摘　　要：面对高等教育大众化,该文从学生品德修养、实验教学辅导和实验室建设管理维护、科学研究、特色团队建设等方面,探索了实验室学生助理的培养。Facing the popularization of higher education ,this article from the “students’ Moral Cultivation ,”“experimental teaching and laboratory construction management and maintenance ,”“scientific research ,”“special team building”and so on explores the training of laboratory students’ assistants .
