摘　　要：分析了我国高校设备采购的特点和电子采购应用现状,提出高校设备电子采购系统的定位、优势、设计原则、构想、框架、流程等,总结了系统的创新和实现情况,并根据系统实际应用中的问题提出优化以及改进措施。Elaborated on the basis of situation on the application of e-procurement ,the characteristics and the current status of university equipment purchases are analyzed ,and the positioning of e-procurement systems , superiority ,design principles ,ideas ,frameworks ,processes ,etc .,are put forward ,and the innovation and implementation of the system are summed up ,and the measures to improve are proposed based on the system optimization and practical application problems .
