摘　　要：通过对某磷铵厂干燥机传动齿轮润滑方式改造前后效果的对比,论证了用全自动开式齿轮喷洒系统后良好的润滑效果及广泛的应用前景;同时介绍了SPRAY MASTER SSP-GP 4开式齿轮喷洒系统工作原理及特点。Good lubrication effect of dryer drive gear with automatic open gear system was demonstrated by comparing lubrication method of before and after the modification.Wide application prospects were described.At the same time,working principle and characteristics of the spraying system of the SPRAY MASTER SSP-GP 4 open gear were introduced.
