基于SWOT分析的河南省竞技体育发展战略研究

摘　　要：运用SWOT分析法对河南竞技体育发展的优势、劣势、机会、威胁等四个方面进行了研究,研究表明:河南省竞技体育有着人力资源和地理、文化、人种的优势,并已逐步形成了武术、自行车、射击等优势项目群,同时面临着中原经济区建设和全面深化改革的历史机遇,这些为河南竞技体育的再次腾飞奠定了基础。但同时河南竞技体育还存在着经费严重不足、田径和游泳等基础项目竞争力不强、项目之间发展不平衡、三大球水平较低等劣势,而且面临着后备人才出现萎缩、部分重点项目缺乏可持续性的威胁,都成为影响河南省竞技体育发展的"瓶颈"。在综合考虑河南竞技体育发展的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁的基础上提出了发展战略,为该省竞技体育的快速发展提供思路。By the means of SWOT analysing method,a study is raised about the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of Henan competitive sports development. And a conclusion is that：Henan competitive sports enjoy some advantages in human resources,geography,culture,ethnic aspects, and have gradually formed some advantageous projects,such as wushu,cycling,shooting. And both the development of Central China Economic Region and the comprehensive reforms have provided a base of Henan competitive sports takeoff. However,Henan competitive sports also have some disadvantages in lack of fund,low competitiveness in some basic projects such as track and field,swimming,imbalance among projects development and low level in basketball,volleyball and football. And Henan competitive sports are facing some threats in reserve sports talents,unsustainable development of some key projects,which has become a bottleneck obstructing Henan competitive sports development. And finally a development strategy is raise based on comprehensively analysing the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of Henan competitive sports development,The purpose is to give the ideals for the province＇s competitive sports.
