农户参与农村基础设施建设研究——基于云南省开远市4个村民小组的调查

摘　　要：基于云南省开远市4个村民小组的调查数据,借助对比分析与回归分析,探讨了开远市农村基础设施建设中的农户参与意愿现状及其微观影响因素。结果显示:当前开远市农户的平均参与意愿基本良好,但不同小组农户参与意愿略有差别;农户参与意愿的微观影响因素包括:务农人口、家庭收入、是否经常参与会议、所在村民小组。在此基础上,结合调查情况进行了农户参与意愿的机理分析,探讨了存在的主要问题,概括了一些启示。Based on survey data of 4 villagers group in Kaiyuan city inYunnan provence, using comparative analysis and regression analysis, this paper attempts to find out the situation of farmers’ participation willingness for rural infrastructure constructions and its impacts of microscopic factors. The results show that： Farmers’ average participation willingnesses are robust at present in Kaiyuan, but little distinctions are still existed between different villager groups. The factors of farmer’s participation willingness are： farming population, family income, frequency of participating in meeting, different villager groups. On the premises of these, the authors research the mechanisms of farmer participation willingness, explore the main problems existed, and finally summarize some revelations.
