桃源社区居家养老对老年人生命质量的效果研究

摘　　要：目的研究桃源社区居家养老服务对老年人生命质量的影响,为居家养老服务的进一步推广提供科学依据。方法日常生活能力量表(ADL)和健康相关生命质量测量量表(SF-36)对桃源社区接受居家养老服务的150名老人接受居家养老服务前后的自我照顾能力和生命质量进行评估,同时与对照社区的150名老人进行比较。结果居家养老后,桃源社区老人日常生活能力量表得分为16.16±5.11,明显好于干预前的17.36±5.26(t=1.98,P<0.05),也明显好于对照社区老人的17.42±5.49(t=2.06,P<0.05);实施居家养老后,桃源社区老人的生理职能、躯体疼痛、精力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康等方面得分有明显提高。结论社区居家养老能有效提高老年人的日常生活能力和生命质量,是我国目前重要的养老途径。Objective To study on the effect of home instead senior care on the quality of life of old people in Taoyuan community,and to provide basis for the promotion of home instead senior care. Methods ADL and SF-36 were used to assess the self-care ability and quality of life of 150 old people who receiving the home instead senior care from Taoyuan community and 150 old people from control community. Results ALD score of the old people from Taoyuan community was（ 16. 16 ± 5. 11）,better than（ 17. 36 ± 5. 26） before receiving the home instead senior care（ t = 1. 98,P〈0. 05）,and then（ 17. 42 ± 5. 49） of old people from control community（ t = 2. 06,P〈0. 05）. According to SF-36,the home instead senior care improved the role-physical,bodily pain,vitality,social functioning,role-emotional and mental health of the old patients in Taoyuan community. Conclusion The home instead senior care model can improve the activity of daily living and quality of life of old people,and is one of the important ways of senior care at present.
