中西医结合无痛护理在外科术后疼痛中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨中西医结合无痛护理模式在外科手术治疗患者术后疼痛中的应用效果,以为临床外科术后疼痛的护理提供理论依据。方法选取台州市中西医结合医院行外科手术治疗的患者128例为研究对象,按照1∶1比例分为对照组64例和观察组64例,分别给予术后常规疼痛护理和中西医结合无痛护理模式1个月,采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、改良睡眠状况自评量表(SRSS)及满意度调查问卷对护理前后2组患者各指标进行测量,并采用SPSS 17.0统计学软件进行统计分析,评价疗效。结果护理干预后,观察组患者过去24 h及术后经历的最严重疼痛评分及SRSS评分分别为(2.17±1.50)分、(4.00±2.12)分、(15.60±2.71)分均显著低于对照组的(4.60±1.55)分、(6.39±2.61)分、(24.63±2.49)分,差异有统计学意义(t=5.710、7.095、5.621,P=0.011、0.006、0.015);观察组满意度100.00%明显优于对照组满意度76.63%(χ2=4.569,P=0.002)。结论通过中西医结合无痛护理模式不仅能有效减轻患者疼痛,且可为患者术后身体恢复、心理、生理状态调整创造有利条件,提高患者对护理工作满意度,值得临床广泛推广和应用。Objective To investigate the effects of pain relief care mode integrated Chinese and Western medicine in patients with postoperative pain,and provide a theoretical basis for the nursing care of pains in surgery. Methods 128 patients undergoing surgical treatment in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups according to the ratio of 1∶ 1,64 cases of the observation group received pain relief care mode Integrated Chinese and Western for 1 month,while 64 cases of the control group were cared with routine pain relief care for 1 month. VAS,SRSS and satisfaction questionnaire were used to assess the utility of nursing care. SPSS 17. 0 statistical software was employed for statistical analysis.Results After the nursing intervention,VAS score within 24 hours after the operation,the most severe pain and SRSS scores were（ 2. 17 ± 1. 50） points,（ 4. 00 ± 2. 12） and（ 15. 60 ± 2. 71） in the observation group,which were significantly lower than（ 4. 60 ± 1. 55）,（ 6. 39 ± 2. 61） and（ 24. 63 ± 2. 49） in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ t = 5. 710,7. 095,5. 621,P = 0. 011,0. 006,0. 015）; for observation group,The satisfaction rates were100%. while control group satisfaction rates were 76. 63%,the difference was statistically significant（ χ^2= 4. 569,P =0. 002）. Conclusion The pain relief care mode integrated Chinese and Western medicine can significantly improve the suffering of patients,provide favorable physical,psychological and physiological conditions for the postoperative recovery of patients,and improve the degree of satisfaction of patients. It is worthy of wider promotion and application.
