不同产地蒙药文冠木中表儿茶素的含量比较

摘　　要：目的对不同产地蒙药文冠木中表儿茶素的含量进行比较研究,建立文冠木中表儿茶素的含量测定方法与质量评价标准。方法流动相为乙腈-0.04%磷酸（13：87）;检测波长为280nm;流速1ml·min-1;柱温28℃。结果表儿茶素在0.411~8.22μg范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系（r=0.9999）,平均回收率为100.93%,RSD=1.17%,不同产地文冠木中表儿茶素含量在0.445~2.215%之间,其中以内蒙古鄂尔多斯产含量最高,以购置于安徽亳州（产地：安徽）产含量最低。结论该方法精密度、重复性、稳定性良好,方法准确、可靠,可为蒙药文冠木药材质量控制与质量评价提供实验依据。Objective To analyse the content of epicatechin of the Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge from different origins,and establish epicatechin conent determination method and quality evaluation standard.Methods HPLC was carried on acetonitrile-0.4% H3PO4(13:87); detection wavelength was 280nm;flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1;column temperature was 28℃.Results The linear range of epicatechin was0.411~8.22 μg(r= 0.999 9),the average recovery was 100.93%,RSD=1.17%(n=6),and the content of epicatechin of the Xanthoceras sorbifoliaBunge from different origins ranged from 0.445 to 2.215%.Among of them,the highest concentrations was from Inner Mongolia Eerduosi and lowest was from Anhui Bozhou.Conclusion This method was accurate and reliable,which could be used for quality control.
