藏药甘青青兰石油醚部位化学成分研究

摘　　要：目的研究藏药甘青青兰Dracocephalum tanguticum Maxim.的化学成分。方法通过多种柱层析和重结晶方法分离和纯化95%乙醇提取物的石油醚部位成分,利用理化性质和TLC、1H-MNR、13C-NMR等分析测试手段鉴定化合物的结构。结果从甘青青兰石油醚部位分离得到6个化合物,并鉴定了其中4个化合物结构,分别为β-谷甾醇(Ⅰ)、α-香树脂醇(Ⅱ)、羽扇豆醇(Ⅲ)、(-)-反式松香芹乙酯(Ⅳ)。结论化合物Ⅱ和Ⅲ为首次从该化合物中分离得到,化合物Ⅳ为首次采用柱层析的方法从该植物中分离得到。Objective To investigate the chemical constituents of petroleum spirit part of the Tibetan medicine Dracocephalum tanguticum Maxim.Methods The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by various column chromatography and recrystallization from the petroleum ether fraction of the 95% ethanol extracts.Their structures were elucidated by physicochemical properties and spectrum analysis（TLC,1H-MNR,13CNMR and so on）.Results Six compounds were isolated from the petroleum ether fraction,and four of them were identifi ed as β- Sitosterol（Ⅰ）,α-Amyrin（Ⅱ）,Lupeol（Ⅲ）,（-）-trans- Pinocarvyl acetate（Ⅳ）.Conclusion CompoundsⅡand Ⅲ were isolated from this plant for the fi rst time.Compound Ⅵ was fi rstly obtained from this plant by column chromatography.
