摘  要:目的优选西藏胡黄连中有效成分胡黄连苷Ⅰ、Ⅱ的最佳提取工艺。方法以95%乙醇为提取溶剂,采用渗漉提取法,分别以胡黄连苷Ⅰ、Ⅱ的总含量为指标,正交设计考察药粉粒度、浸泡时间、溶剂用量及流速对胡黄连苷Ⅰ、Ⅱ提取的影响。结果最佳提取工艺为药材粉碎为65目,95%乙醇润透,浸泡12h,以15倍量95%乙醇1mL/min的流速进行渗漉提取。结论优选的最佳工艺稳定可靠,适用于西藏胡黄连中胡黄连苷Ⅰ、Ⅱ的提取,可供工业化生产参考。Objective To optimize the extraction process of picrosideⅠand picrosideⅡfrom Picrorhiza scrophulariifl ora Pennell by orthogonal design method.Methods Conditions for the percolation were studied by orthogonal design as guided by the total concent of picrosideⅠand picrosideⅡ.The orthogonal test was used in studying the effects of the particle,soking time,solvent amount and flow rate on extraction technology with 95% ethanol as solvent.Results The best condition for the permeating extraction is when the drug is in 65(sieve number) of fragmentation,15 as the ratio of 95% ethanol,12h as dipping time,1mL/min as the rate of percolation.Conclusion The extraction process is stable and reliable,and it is sui table.for extraction of picrosideⅠand picrosideⅡin Picrorhiza scrophulariifl ora Pennell.They can be used as a reference for the industrial production.
