五虎巴布剂基质处方配比的优化

摘　　要：目的优化五虎巴布剂的基质处方。方法以巴布剂的初黏力、持黏力、皮肤追随性及感官等为评价指标,采用单因素设计和正交设计方法优化五虎巴布剂基质的处方。结果五虎巴布剂最佳基质处方为:明胶∶阿拉伯胶∶聚乙烯醇∶羧甲基纤维素钠∶聚维酮∶甘油∶1,2-丙二醇∶高岭土=2∶2∶3∶0.75∶0.75∶13∶9.8∶5(质量比)。结论按最佳基质处方制备的巴布剂载药量大,外观平整光滑,黏度适宜,保湿性能较好。Objective To optimize the matrix formulation of Wuhu cataplasm.Methods With adhesion and sensory evaluation for the cataplasm as the index,single factor design and orthogonal design were used to select the matrix formulation of the cataplasm.Results The optimum proportion was gelatin：arab plastic： polyvinyl alcohol：CMC-Na：PVP：glycerol：1,2-propanediol：Kaolin=2：2：3：0.75：0.75：13：9.8：5.Conclusion The product prepared by the optimum formulation has a high drug loading,smooth surface,good viscosity and moisture retention.
