摘　　要：通过对中小学图书馆现状分析,提出基于云计算的云图书馆构建是中小学图书馆发展的可行途径。阐述了中小学云图书馆整体架构、关系与功能,特别对云图书馆自动化系统、云图书馆决策支持系统和云图书馆用户管理系统进行详细的分析研究,最后以温州市为例,给出了云图书馆运行效果分析及对中小学图书馆发展的促进作用。Through analyzing the current situation of primary and middle schools libraries, the article proposes that the construction of the libraries based on cloud computing is a feasible approach to the library development. In this review, the authors describe the whole framework, network, and function pattern of the cloud libraries, focusing on the analysis of their automatic systems, DSS （decision support system） and user manage system, and take Wenzhou as an example to present the operation effect and facilitation of cloud libraries in primary and middle schools.
