摘  要:目的研制一套科学、客观、符合我国医学特点的、具有可靠信度和效度的《医学生自主学习能力测评量表》,为准确评价医学生的自主学习能力提供客观依据。方法在理论分析的基础上,确定了医学生自主学习能力的结构要素为自我动机信念和客观行为两个分量表,自我动机、学习信念、制定学习目标及计划、自我监测与调节、获取及处理信息和交流合作能力6个因子。再根据教育及心理测量的一般原理和方法,分析医学生自主学习能力的各因子的测量指标,初步编制了测试题,并通过专家咨询、小范围预测试等对测试题进行反复筛选,对筛选后的量表进行全国测试,最终形成了医学生自主学习能力测评量表。结果通过上述方法确定了由2个维度、6个二级指标和30个三级指标组成的医学生自主学习能力评价体系。量表重测信度为0.992(P<0.001),Cronbach'a系数为0.929(P<0.001),分半信度为0.892(P<0.001),内容效度指数为0.970(P<0.001),标准关联效度为0.510(P<0.001),结构效度的6个公因子累计贡献率为53.194%,由此可见量表的信度和效度都达到了较高水平。结论该量表具有较好的科学性和可行性,应用价值较大。Objective To develop the scale of the self-directed learning competence for medical students with good reliability and va-lidity,in order to provide an objective evidence for assessing the competence of self -directed learning of medical students .Methods Fame work of ability of self-directed learning were proposed ,and the following six elements for the ability of medical students were estab-lished:Self-motivation,study faith,making the goal and plan ,self monitoring and regulation ,to gain and process information and the abili-ty of study cooperation and communication .After the establishment of the measuring method according to the general principle and meth -ods of educational as well as psychological measurement ,the holistic plan for measuring in student was performed and every measuring target of the ability of self-directed learning was analyzed seriously .The test scale was compiled .Then,with expert consultation ,trial tes-ting,the scale was developed finally .Results The final determination of the self-directed learning competence evaluation system of med-ical students ,consisted of 2 dimensions ,6 second level indexes and 30 third level indexes .The repeated measurement reliability of the o-verall scale was 0.992(P〈0.001),the Cronbach's Alpha coefficient was 0.929(P〈0.001),the split-scale reliability coefficient of the whole scale was 0.892(P〈0.001),the content validity index was 0.970(P〈0.001),the criterion related validity was 0.510(P〈0.001),and the cumulative contribution rate of the 6 factors was 53.194%.Conclusion The self-directed learning competence for medical students is scientific and feasible ,with greater application value .
