枇杷叶中总黄酮提取方法研究

摘　　要：采用超声波乙醇浸提法从枇杷叶中提取总黄酮类物质,通过单因素试验和正交试验方法确定枇杷叶中黄酮类化合物的最佳提取方法.实验结果表明:乙醇体积分数75%,提取时间60min,提取温度55℃,提取枇杷叶中总黄酮的浸出率最高.The flavonoids were extracted from Folium Eriobotryae with ultrasonic wave and ethanol extraction.Using the single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment method,the optimum extracting condition of flavonoids was investigated.The results showed that the optimum processing condition was75%of the ethanol concentration,60minutes of extraction time and the temperature of 55℃.
