摘　　要：天津作为一座历史悠久,文化底蕴深厚的城市,其城市街道是城市形象和文化的重要载体。本文以天津街道的演变与发展脉络作为切入点,通过对大量史料的整理研究,以时代背景作为划分依据,将其归纳为"传统"、"近代"和"现代"三个城市街道发展阶段,并以此分析总结出影响天津街道演变与发展的重要因素。Tianjin is a city with a long history and profound culture, where city streets are the important carriers of the city image and culture. This paper takes the evolution of its streets as the research focus and divided their development into three stages： ＂traditional＂, ＂early-modern＂ and ＂modern＂ stages. The paper also analysed the important factors affecting the development of the streets in Tianjin in different historical periods.
