郑伟达辨证治疗五更泄经验探析

摘　　要：郑伟达教授认为五脏阴阳气血失衡皆可发生五更泄,但临证时不可偏执一端,须抓住"久泻"核心,从患者体质入手,在辨质、辨证的基础上,标本兼顾,以肝、脾、肾为辨证用药耳目,因人、因质、因证、因症而异,四诊合参后施法立方。郑教授临证灵活应用健脾祛湿,温肾助阳,疏肝健脾止泻,肺肾双补、健脾止泻,活血化瘀等法。文章中介绍了郑教授经验方"治五更泻汤",临证时灵活加减,疗效卓著。Prof. Zheng Weida believes the imbalance of yinyang,qi and blood,and five zang organs may induce diarrhea before dawn. Chronic diarrhea is the key of treatment. Additionally,the patient′s consti-tution,syndrome differentiation and the functions of liver,spleen and kidney should be considered in combi-nation. The comprehensive consideration of four diagnostic methods determines the final principle of treat-ment. Prof. Zheng treats the disease flexibly in terms of strengthening the spleen to remove damp,warming the kidney to assist yang,soothing liver qi and strengthening the spleen to stop diarrhea,tonifying the lung and kidney,strengthening the spleen to stop diarrhea,activating blood circulation to remove stasis,etc. The paper introduced the flexible modification of Prof. Zheng′s formula for the treatment of diarrhea before dawn and the significant effect.
