中西医结合治疗剖宫产术后急性尿潴留临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察中西医结合治疗剖宫产术后急性尿潴留的临床疗效。方法选取近年行剖宫产术后发生尿潴留产妇232例,随机分成对照组(120例)和治疗组(112例)。对照组患者采用常规西药新斯的明穴位注射、诱导排便及热敷等方法,治疗组在对照组基础上加用中药汤剂口服及针灸治疗。以1 d为1个疗程,2个疗程后观察疗效。结果两组患者总有效率、痊愈所用时间等比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论中西医结合治疗剖宫产术后急性尿潴留疗效肯定,值得推广和进一步研究。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on acute urinary retention after cesarean sec-tion treated with integrated Chinese and western medicine. Methods Two hundred and thirty two cases of u-rinary retention after cesarean section were collected in recent years and were randomized into a control group （120 cases）and a treatment group（112 cases）. In the control group,the acupoint injection with Neostigmine, Defecation induction and hot compress were used. In the treatment group,on the basis as the control group, the oral administration of herbal decoction,acupuncture and moxibustion were added. The treatment of one day was taken as 1 session. The efficacy was observed in 2 sessions. Results The total effective rate and curative time were compared in the patients of the two groups,presenting the significant differences（ P ﹤0. 05）. The efficacy in the treatment group was better than that in the control group. Conclusion The inte-grated Chinese and western medicine achieves the definite efficacy on urinary retention after cesarean section and deserves to have a promotion and a further study.
