摘　　要：为规范小儿反复呼吸道感染的中药药物经济学评价,促进国内药物经济学评价研究的系统性及科学性,采用文献研究法、专家咨询法,结合自身开展研究项目的经验,总结小儿反复呼吸道感染的中药药物经济学评价标准及规范。文章对评价过程中所涉及的样本选取、研究方法、研究角度、成本选取、效果效用指标确立等问题均给出了相应的规范性设计标准,这对规范我国中药治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染的药物经济学评价至关重要。In order to normalize Chinese medicine economics evaluation on children recurrent respir-atory infection and promote the systematic and scientific study on the domestic pharmacoeconomics evalua-tion,the literature research and expert consultation were adopted in association with the experiences in re-search project,the relevant standards were summarized. The paper provided corresponding normative design standard in light of sample selection,study method,study approach,cost selection and effect indexes and played the essentials to the pharmacoeconomics evaluation on children recurrent respiratory infection treated with TCM in China.
