摘 要:"北参南养"技术的突破使得南方刺参产业已成为北方刺参产业的重要补充,然而南方刺参养殖模式与北方显著不同,产地初加工是解决南方刺参散、小、多的养殖现状、稳定刺参收购价格、保障养殖户利益的重要途径。探讨目前南方刺参养殖产地初加工的意义、主要模式、存在的技术问题,并提出南方刺参产地初加工发展的建议。The sea cucumber farming in the south is becoming as an important part of sea cucumber farming in China because the technology breakthrough in transportation and breeding. However, the sea cucumber culture mode in South is obviously different from in North. The preliminary processing is a really crucial ways in solving the problems of dispersive, small and excessive breeding of south Apostichopus japonicus, it can also stabilize the price and secure the benefits of the fishmen. The significance, main model and technical problems of Apostichopus japonicas preliminary processing in the south are discussed in this paper. And the suggestions of preliminary processing are offered.
