摘  要:开发用高强度纤维增强带作为增强层的塑料复合管道,可以提高管道的耐压性能和质量一致性,来满足市场所需。对塑料复合管中高强度纤维增强带缠绕的生产工艺和装备进行研究,着重分析增强带缠绕方法和在连续生产中的换带问题,设计了设备的总体结构,对核心零部件进行动力学分析,简要阐明设备的工作过程。Developing plastic composite pipe with high strength fiber as the reinforced layer,can improve the compression performance and consistent quality of the pipeline to meet the requirements of the market. The production process of winding high strength fiber on the pipeline and the belt winding equipment are researched,and the winding method and the belt-changing method in continuous production are mainly analyzed,the overall structure of the equipment is designed,the dynamic analysis on the key components is done,and the working process of the equipment and the electrical control diagram are illuminated.
