摘 要:目的建立能快速同时分离检测桑叶中芦丁、绿原酸和槲皮素的毛细管电泳法。方法采用未涂层毛细管柱(50μm×56 cm,有效长度47.5 cm),以含体积分数15%甲醇的12 mmol·L^-1硼砂(pH值9.0)为运行缓冲溶液,工作电压25 kV,检测波长350 nm,柱温25℃。结果芦丁、绿原酸和槲皮素质量浓度分别在3.92~39.2 mg·L^-1、5.52~55.2 mg·L^-1和2.12~21.2 mg·L^-1内线性关系良好,回收率和重复性良好。结论该法快速准确,适合于桑叶药材的质量控制。Objective To establish a method for simultaneous and rapid determination of the contents of ru- tin, chlorogenic acid and quercetin in Mori Folium by capillary zone electrophoresis. Methods An uncoated silica capillary was used for the analysis under 25 kV voltage at 25 ℃. The running buffer was 15% metha- nol in 12 mmol. L^-1 borax buffer (pH 9.0). The detection wave length was set at 350 nm. Results The method was sensitive and rapid with satisfactory recovery and reproducibility. The linear ranges of rutin, chlorogenic acid and quercetin were 3.92 -39.2 mg.L^-1 ,5.52 -55.2 mg.L^-1 and 2. 12 -21.2 mg.L^-1 , respectively. The recovery and reproducibility were good. Conclusions Rutin, chlorogenic acid and quercetin are baseline separated. The method is quick, sensitive, accurate and suitable for the the quality control of Mori Folium
