摘　　要：我国社团发展有悠久的历史,成为政府与人民群众之间协调发展的纽带。当今,社团的发展与社团管理的相关配套制度存在着诸多的不适应问题,制约了社团的快速、健康的发展,也阻碍了我国公民结社自由权利的实现。着眼于社团发展的现状,对当前存在的问题进行分析,以期为我国结社自由宪法保障制度的深入研究提供理论参考。The history of political societies are long in China, they have developed into an important tie between the government and people. Nowadays, the development of political societies meets many problems with the relevant management system, which halts the further development of these societies. This paper studies the present conditions of political societies in China.
