摘　　要：针对高校图书馆外文文献资源开发利用的现状和存在问题 ,提出利用外文文献开展二次文献服务 ,建立外文馆藏数据库 ,扩大馆藏外文文献的宣传 ,将外文文献作为外语教学的组成部分 ,开展查新服务 ,搞好重点服务等利用外文文献资源的新构想。参考文献 12。The author analyzes the present status and existing problems in the development of document resources in foreign languages in university libraries, and then proposes to develop secondary lite rature services, establish foreign language collection databases, integrate collections with teaching, etc. 12 refs.
