摘　　要：总结魏氏伤科李飞跃教授的治伤经验:衷中参西,合病证、明常变;内外兼治,长外治、精健脾;筋骨并重,重手法、常导引。This paper summarizes Professor Li Feiyue＇ s experience with traumatic diseases： theory of TCM consulting western medicine, combined disease and syndrome, differentiating normal and changes ; both internal and external treatment, especially the external treatment, tonifying spleen ; emphasizing the bone and muscle, stressing manipulation and guide.
